My inspection includes a termite inspection report. On top reads " Wood Destroying Insect Inspection Report " and on the lower left reads " Form NPMA-33 ". This is the  official termite form accepted by attorneys and banks. This is the form I will fill out and email you along with the home inspection and radon reports.

Also known as wood destroying insects; termites by the thousands live in colonies.In forests termites are good for the environment since they decompose dead trees and return the  substances to the soil to benefit living trees. The lumber used to build houses is often attacked since termites recognize it as dead. Some termites,such as the subterranean eat wood while others such as the carpenter ant  excavate tunnels for nesting.Left unchecked termites can and do great structural damage.A termite inspection is included in a home inspection-performed by Stateline Home Inspection.
