Your lender may require a termite inspection report prior to home purchase,& may only accept form # "NPMA-33  Wood Destroying Insect Inspection Report". I am licensed to perform a termite inspection, & to fill out report. When applicable,termite inspection is done during home inspection. Radon gas is likely in every home, & breathing  excess amounts may cause lung cancer & other health hazards. Radon sampling is done in the lowest liveable level-such as the basement,& can be initiated during a home inspection. Test is 2-4 days long. Report is prepared by lab,& usually takes one week from test start date. My radon certificate # MET12994

Mold spores are common ,however breathing in excessive mold spores may be a health hazard . Air & swab samples reveal spore quantity & mold type. Report is prepared by lab, & usually takes one week from test start date.
